The realization that I wasn't likely to find a teaching job in my field.

The ease of finding free parking!

Labor Day. I don't have to spend any time on decorations - and the weather's usually great.

I eat cold eels and think distant thoughts.
Do you have anything in your pockets right now?
Besides phone, keys and wallet? No. Aversion to "unsightly bulges".
Do you have a completely irrational fear?
Besides nictophobia - the fear of backing into doorknobs - while nude? No.
What's one thing you wish you could do but can't?
Casually lick my eyebrows.
What's one instrument you wish you could play?
Guitar. The "practice" part of it just takes too much time.
Gee, I had the same problem with the piano, too.
What kind of books do you like to read?
Non-fiction, usually-with short chapters ideal for reading in bed.
If you weren't working in Radio, what would be your Dream job?
Actor, Senator, interior designer.
