We'll call this the new diet of the day.
I know I drive you crazy with my dieting.
You look at me and say really?
But as we all say it's “all relative” and we all have a certain weight we want to be at
and mine happens to be 2 pounds less than it is now..LOL!!
Remember, I had 3 weeks of eating birthday dessert maybe 4 I lost count.
So here it is ….see if this works for you. It's the 100 bite diet. It must be legit. It was in the Wall Street Journal...I say with a smile.
You don't count calories...you just count how many bites of food you take...and it can't be anymore than 100.
Supposedly men eat an average of 17 calories per bite and women 11 calories per bite so if you multiply that by 100...its 1700 calories for men and 1100 for women. But remember you don't count calories...however these are low enough to lose weight but high enough to keep your metabolism going so maybe this diet does work
You should also chew each bite 10-20 times..and avoid taking in calories you don't have to bite like calories in soda or milkshakes...or gravy!!
