I’m on this diet kick
Trying to lose weight of course…and eat better!!!.
It’s Weight Watchers…so I’m eating fruits and veggies like never before. I even fried (with PAM ) zucchini and added that to my WW frozen meal the other night!!
And even worse…I’m reading about good health …LOL!!!
So here’s what I saw today.
5 musts to becoming healthier…and you need to start right away.
Stop smoking. (I don’t do that anyway and don’t know many who still do)
Get a Life—(I think I already have one) But you’re supposed to get a strong sense of self, a support system and learn how to deal with stress.
Learn to cook- (Why I ask if WW has frozen meals)
Floss- We all know why we’re supposed to do that. For some reason I can’t make it a habit. Easiest thing in the world and I can’t seem to do it. Hopefully you’re better at it.
Walk Everywhere- A daily 30 minute stroll may be the closest thing there is to a wonder drug.
