Skinny People….and the six habits that tend to make them this way.

  1. Don’t skip breakfast. People who don’t eat breakfast are almost fives times more likely to be overweight.
  2. Drink a Lot of Water. People who drink 2 glasses before a meal ate a lot less. And lost 30% more body fat over the course of 3 months.
  3. Weigh Yourself Every Day. Every day they say is most effective for losing weight.
  4. Don’t eat in front of the TV. They say you eat 40% more calories when you do.
  5. Stop Worrying so Much. People with chronic stress gain more weight around their waist.
  6. Get Enough Sleep. Most of us require 7-8 hrs a night and if you get less, you’re prone to gaining weight.
Skinny....But are they happy......LOL!!!!
