This could change your life…
5 things to help you sleep longer at night and 5 things that are preventing it. And isn’t it true the older we get, the more difficult it is to fall asleep and stay asleep.
 
SO here are the good things, the 5 things that can help you sleep longer.

  1. Having sex.
  2. Doing Yoga before bed.
  3. Sleeping with someone
  4. Being in a calm mood before going to bed.
  5. Having sex…oh wait, I said that twice!!!
 
And now the 5 things that cost you sleep.

  1. Being in an alert mood when you go to bed.
  2. Having a partner who snores.
  3. Charging your cell phone next to your bed.
  4. Watching a movie right before bed.
  5. Having a fan running while you sleep.
  6. And not having sex…..Just checking to see if you were paying attention!!!.
